Which "conformist" FAST lens would you like Pentax to have?

Pentax glass are nice, but kinda expensive and seem to lack a lineup of "affordable" primes that other manufacturers have. Which one has the biggest "wish" demand?

It doesn't matter if they're FF or APS-C lenses, as long as they work on our Pentax DSLR's and autofocuses with the screw-mount or SDM!

I went with the 50, even though it is a slightly awkward focal length I think it would be a good to have something to put up against the canon 50 1.8 when people are choosing a beginner system. Even if Pentax just started manufacturing FA50 1.7 again, the canon one is similar to it in that it's a quite dated film lens that they've kept making.

I'd love to see the 28, f/1.8. Pentax needs a normal, fast, and affordable lens. With the crop factor the field of view would be 42mm, just 1mm shy of a true normal lens.

to be honest, all of them. can`t choose only one. i already have 35/2.4 50/1.4 and 77/1.8 so maybe 28 or wider would be very nice, but pentax needs all of them to get attention from beginners

All of them would have a place in my kit, but +1 on the 28 as there is no affordable "normal" pentax that is fast

I might have chosen 55mm if it were an option. I wish there were a DA L 55/1.8 as an alternative to the DA *. And personally, I would like a 60 even more than a 55 . . .

yes a 60 1.8 would be an ideal portrait lens. preferably with the round aperture they are making now. I wouldn't even care if it was super sharp as long as the center was

The fantasies are not bad, but I think that reality will be in another way:
DAL28/3.5
DAL50/2
DAL85/2.8
DAL135/3.5 or DA135/2.8 LIMITED and no any 35/1.8...

We already have a great DA L 35. So a 35 f/1.8 is out of question. I chose the 85mm as its a great FL on crop too. But pentax doesn't even have DA 85mm f/1.4. Imo a DA* 85mm f/1.4 should be there before a cheaper, slower one.
I think it would be great if we had a <$200 pancake, around f/2. That would be a huge seller.

I want to see PENTAX make a low-cost 50mm f/1.8 lens in the double Gauss configuration, just as Canon and Nikon do.

This is what I expect:
"smc PENTAX-D FA 50mm f/1.8" - US$129.99, plastic body, metal mount, with aperture ring (like the Nikon 50/1.8)

a 12 f2.0 to replace the old 20mm FOV would also be very nice
20-21mm used to be my favourite FOV (f4.0 would be fine as well)
