LR 3.3 supports DA lenses - Hurray!

I really want for DA 12-24/4 ...

Yes, it is a little odd that a premium lens like the 12-24mm is not supported - it's all very well supporting the 16-50 and the 15mm, but there is nothing wider (rectilinear) supported in the Pentax stable.
