Very cool, but nothing NEW about it. Swedish television had an ad exactly like this like 2 years ago. And it looks much better. Sorry.

sholtzma I tried a vertical and it did the same thing. Crop it (I used a square crop) and leave some headroom for the PnS screen and it will be OK.

amoringello, it's your ISP. All of these videos load quickly and play without interruption on my 4 year old POS boat anchor.

No problem with it here... I'm on a MacBook Pro and it loaded up just fine for me. Love the idea, pretty clever. It's been done before? Fine. Still works for those who have not seen it before. Enjoy.

The interesting thing about the video is not just the reveal of the photo and the photographer's name/nickname but how many instances you can pick out the Pentax logo and Pentax gear that appears very quickly (Spotmatic, K-5 with DA* lens, Optio RZ10, Optio WR90, K-r, posters of Pentax cameras at the newsstand).

Yeah, I like the subtle touch. But I also wonder how much this is drawing resources from what must be a moderate advertising budget. They always caution not to create ads for the agency's portfolio.... ;^)
