I believe so too. They seem to understand the Japanese market well which is proven by the numerous color choices for example. The mirrorless trend is huge in Japan as I understand. No chance that they haven't picked up that trend early imo

Only technical problem / R&D time will delay this as it should be a good business case.

The question is; can Pentax go beyond WR and make it waterproof? I see problems with interchangeable lenses but if the solved that, I would be success
