Update....

"NC-1" will have a system name. It seems the image circle is 21.6 mm but a different mount.
If the image circle of 21.6mm is true, the question that immediately come to my mind is: will Pentax join M43?

If you remember the prime lens pentax pantented 21.6mm IC, this lenses will come with it. I believe its different mount since the lens release is located differently.

This will only be of interest to me (and to many others as well) if they produce a line of proportionately smaller K mount lenses. I cannot see myself buying a small, mirrorless body, if I can only attach large lenses to it. The whole point of an EVIL camera is small size and low weight while still being able to deliver high IQ. Yes, some of the pancake lenses would fit the bill, but I think that there will have to be some diminutive zoom lenses also.

I recently bought the Panasonic 14-45mm lens and in all honesty I'm shocked at how small it is. This isn't exactly the best photo in the world, but you can see it here next to my keys and a coffee mug. I personally can't imagine needing a zoom any smaller than this. Much smaller and it would be too small to operate. So if Pentax goes with a 2x or a 2.5x sensor I expect some really really tiny lenses from them based on their past. Imagine what they could do if the use in body SR instead of putting it in the lens like Panasonic has to.

Yeah, the missus has a GF1 and the lenses are pretty small - if you want to see what an equivalent lens without SR might be like, the have a look at the Samsung NX 20-50 - now that's a small lens..

@Vylen, Zackspeed
Thank you for the comments. =)

Those two circles are the most prominent thing you'll notice if you ever see for the first time without reading the details, and you begin to wonder. My hunch for the small circle is the lens release button. Big circle probably dial of some sort.

The system is related to JAMES BOND movie/s.=)

Will come in 3 colors.
