I love those baby's but my favorite is still the yellow K-r with black (or brown) handles and yellow DA35mm lens.

Call me crazy!

Well, a funny thing happened on the way to the Massive Development Chart.

(Can't have anyone being *sad,* over a thing like this, right? )

IT's for Japan . I am sure on some Japanese forum , they think is a great idea
And I would lay odds there will be some in the USA that "just have to have it" too. How about Canada?

I think it's wild and crazy - just the way Pentax (and the Japanese) want the world to see them as - but they still keep true to themselves as a photographer's camera company - so the craziness shouldn't matter all that much.

I think they should make one for each NFL team color so people who goes to the football game will know who they are hooting for... I would love to see with the Giants color scheme.

And they need to put those special flashes on them. You know...the ones that work from the third tier bleacher seats.

I still see some black plastic on there, so they didn't go ALL the way.

I'd like to see a camo K-5 though. haha

Be careful here. Let's not impose out values on others.

I know at least 5 people who would probably buy that just because it is so damn ugly and anti-establishment.

OK, forget all that. I agree.
Agree with the first part of this. At least in Australia there is the whole inner city hipster trend that would love a camera like this just to be "ironic"

It's just a limited edition of one hundred. It's just done to have the camera displayed on fashion magazines. I can't see any bad on that.
