Wow that does look good. Or what is up with GF3 and Sony's C3 that they don't burn that little sensor?

Yes very interesting. Thx for sharing. The performance of the G12 is also quite surprising. I can hear the Canon engineers now, saying "we don't need mirror less because the G series has that part of the market covered." And in a way, they do.

That looks like a good review of the Q. It looks like the it is a winner. I was surprised at how well the sharpness was in the lab tests. It will be nice to see longer term test of this camera a bit down the road.

But not really. Mirrorless is for folks who want to use interchangeable lenses. Particularly with shorter registration distances there are a lot of lenses that can be used with adapters (as you well know). The G series is stuck with their one zoom, albeit a decent zoom.

Q really looks decent if they fix the pricing. As of right now it is way too expensive for what it is.
