The left image looks a little off in my opinion. I'm not positive on what the green box is but if it is a screen, I find the design highly unlikely. The mount does not appear to be located correctly either. Compared to the front view, it is too far to the left and I do not believe the left side will extend all the way out as pictured.

The front view looks more like what I imagined, and closer to what I believe Pentax may produce.

I did however hear mention of a pop-up flash similar to the Q. Not sure if it was "rumor" or "speculation but if it is true, the design must accommodate that as well. Ideally [for this design] the flash would be located on the left side in place of the mode dial. The dial should be located to the right, as with the K-r and the Q

i doubt it will have an lcd screen. there is that much speculation and hype spinning around about it that it should be good wether it looks retro like the fuji or not.
Im thinking it will likely be a modern take on the functional aesthetic of a film body. i suppose in a way like the Q - but bigger. - the king and queen

Make a Google verbatim query for pentax k-01 and you get 360,000 hits. PF are only a very small fraction of results ... although Google tends to rank PF results higher than most.

All my trustworthy sources confirm it won't have EVF, OVF or (any kind of) LCD! As we already know: a camera as we've never seen before!

Rumor says it will have no battery as well!

, apparently additional folding solar panel will be available at the beginning of the next year (attaching via hot shoe) - to use on a bright day, it hasn't been decided yet if camera will be working in dark and how it would be powered then.

no evf, ovf or lcd(top) sounds to me to be quite a bit like a bog standard p&s. it must have some sort of view finder...

i will be disappointed if it doesn't and the EVF is sold separately as a hot shoe mount.
how are you meant to use a flash gun then?
