I'll go out on a limb and say that his is a fake.

The P on the Pentax logo is a little out of wack and there seems to be some poor clonining done around the bottom right hand corner.

How many lens release buttons are in that picture? I count two, and two IR receivers for the remote

The Grip

The end of the grip's rubber, where the rubber meets the hard plastic of the lower controls is badly cloned. Also the lower curve of the rubber, under the lens is smoothed too much to hide the clone stamp job.
However, it's an interesting concept. I wouldn't mind my camera looking like this.

Hmm, this one looks quite compact and small, eh?

Not only is the "P" in Pentax quite irregular compared with the rest and there's poor cloning work on the bottom right, there's also poor cloning work going on where the battery grip and the vertical grip meet.

I call it a fake. Maybe someone made it with the intention of placing the image alongside with predictions on Pentax's future offerings on his/her site.

EDIT: Philippos beat me to it. Haha. As an addendum, there seems to be two lens release buttons, which is odd.

And no SR.

For the record, to me it looks like a fake to me, either that or Pentax has just designed the ugliest camera in years.
Which I just can't picture

That is unless this is a new Professional camera. Then it's often function over appearance.

To me the P looks right, it's just the way the lights hitting it.

Look at Medium Format cameras, and you'll often see what appears to be 2 lens release buttons.
The one on the right of my Mamiya 645 is another shutter button, while the one on the left is the lens release.

Two IR receivers would make sense as well. I don't know how many times I've tried to trigger my camera only to find that the lens is blocking the signal
2 receivers may eliminate this problem.

i wouldnt mind my camera looking like that though i dont really see the point in having two ir receivers/tranceivers. the built in vertical grip would definatley be a nice feature

Hmmm... the fact that Ben decried this image but not the K200D pics makes me think that those images are for real.

That is the worst bit of photoshopping ever done. I hope that person who created that is ashamed. It goes far beyond making me laugh

Really. Way too much cloning attempting to smooth the grip-to-body seam. Nasty.

Well, photographically it doesn't make sense. The lighting somehow changed direction between the two shutter releases. Hmmm ... wonder how they did that?

I love the smoothing/cloning trails left left and right lower portion of the body, around the lens. Maybe it's the latest in body texture
