The 645D
is the MF K-5.
And if you mean live view, video or a more compact body, then this just needs a new sensor (which Pentax cannot make themselves) or a new mount, something which Leica already did in their S2 (which then would be first btw, not Pentax).
The point is that it is isn't a good goal to win a market (Sub-FF dSLRs) which is going to disappear (Olympus, Sony, Samsung and Panasonic already withdrew from the market). And Canikon will follow once they established their mirrorless roadmap and can fork their system camera business into mirrorless and FF.
