Originally posted by Na Horuk I was just thinking about the Pentax DSLRs currently in production. Its just hte K-5, right? (The K-01, Q, and other point and shoots dont qualify) Maybe Pentax will announce it will no longer make DSLRs
At CES the Product Manager announced they are absolutely committed to dSLR.
My take: (But I get flack for this now, whereas a month ago people were happy)
K5 - until December
K-
r successor (unclear features - K-01 tech with a VF/EVF, not OVF) - May/June
K-5
n - K-5 with articulating LCD, better video and Prime M image processor - June/July/August
K-3 - New Body - 24Mp sensor. Photokina.
LX-D (FF) announced Photokina - released 2q 2013 - maybe mirrorless, maybe interchangeable viewfinders - (in honor of the 2012 anniversary of the Asahifles, the first* Reflex camera)
That doesn't include Ricoh and lenses, Q, K-Zero platform or 645D.
This is an incredibly rich product menu.
