Umm... is that the heads-up display from an F-16 in the viewfinder?

I was wondering when this oen would show up.

now let make this clear for everyone >

this is a fake

its made as a joke, so for the love of god please dont start discussing the usefullness of a national geographic button. I know some people out there are capable of that.

Now that I have gotten that out of the way, I did like the idea behind the screen in this fake, I am of course dreaming of a k1d with an adittional status lcd under the main lcd. but this one does so without the aparent border that todays models have, and using a color lcd makes for a nice effect, its usefull to have these settings laid out there. I would be happy with just a noraml status lcd though. how are we going to get room for that? integrate the damn grip already.

Obviously fake. The top 2 buttons have the same exact lighting. But it is interesting to say the least.

Brownie points for the HDR button.

Wow. 24 meg JPEG? :ugh:

I want that HDR button!

I want it so much I even put it in my fake picture:

Attachment 7570

I also want REAL strap lugs -- not the cheesy flat metal loops, but the shiny metal lugs that you can put a clip on.

But even in this fake photoshopped version where they could have added anything they wanted, there is still no AF button on the grip

Could be handy. I hope it's a hint toward the other new functions of the camera.

Let's Canyon users snicker with a few hundred 20mm rounds heading their way.

National Geographic button is hilarious. I also like that I can dial up the FPS from 8-60, that's pretty hot. Lord knows I could make good use of the RE-FOCUS button. This is a good one.

From a German forum?

Thanks. And despite the blog title, it didn't come from a german forum, it came from this forum (unless this is germany?).

I think its funny that so many people (worldwide) are so desperate for K20D spy shots that they'll actually discuss the merits or veracity of *that* obvious photoshop job.

But let me know if you want any other buttons added or new knobs or features. Hey, its got an iPhoto screenshot on it - I can't go much lower...

looks nice, but not real

Looks great, but they would never have a permanent battery grip. The Samsung twin has pics out already, for real, and it is a better example. That being said, can't wait to preorder!, lol.
