About Aero Bright Coating, you can read this on pentax.jp website :
[Main Features of smc PENTAX-DA55mmF1.4 SDM Lens]
...
A newly developed Aero Bright Coating enhances image-description performance by effectively reducing reflections over a wider wavelength range. Compared to conventional multi-coatings, this new coating greatly improves light transmittance in the lens, while drastically reducing flare and ghost images that deteriorate image quality.

here is the link

Also, during the photo Paris show (salon de la photo de Paris ) the presentation of the 55mm DA* was beside a 3 lenses block where there wasone lens without coating, one with traditional coating and one with the last Aero Bright. And it really different.

I agree that the 35mm DA f/:2.4 is suppose to have only a description without naming Aero Bright, but this 35mm is a little different with the old 35mm FA, which is the coating.
You guess that it is the same generation of coating than the Aero

High-quality image description
Incorporating a hybrid aspherical optical element in its optics, this new lens delivers high-quality images with enhanced sharpness and contrast — from minimum focusing distance to infinity — and assures exceptional image-resolving power with outstanding brightness levels even at the edges — even at an open aperture — while effectively compensating various aberrations to a minimum. It is also treated with the PENTAX-original Ghostless Coating to minimize the adverse effects of flare and ghost images, assuring true-to-life images even under demanding conditions such as harsh backlighting.

And that is all that is known about it. I put that much in an ongoing thread about various Pentax coatings.

It is Ghostless Coating on the FA 35/2 and DA 35/2.4 AL. If it were Aero Bright, they would call it Aero Bright. It also mentions SP. No where does it mention Aero Bright.

http://www.pentax.jp/english/news/2010/201015.html

In summary, they list SMC, Ghostless Coating, and SP for the DA 35/2.4 AL.

You can also analyse that DSLR needs new type of coating to reduce Ghost images.
Purple fringing is an example of the lack of new coating /lens design.

However, everything needs to be tested when the Full Frame will be able. But we cannot only assume that all our old lenses will fit perfectly. Even our favorite ones.

I Have a 43mm, a K10D and a K5.
Show me your low resolution corners at f2.8-5.6.

I can easy trust the test if lens works weaker at 24 MP APS-C sensor than at 10-16 MP, but I can't trust if outstanding lens at K10D became weaker at K-5.

When cheap kit lens 18-55 is better at K-5 than at K10D.

Klaus answered me, by the way...He has no any exact answer.

APS-C will be better for landscape
Wrong. You need tripod anyway for shooting landscapes, and the landscape shooting is an area where you need maximum sharpness and resolution. So, FF has an edge here too.

Try showing some humility and diplomacy dude and then people like me wouldn't have to urge to kick your ass everytime you type something.

Full frame only has an edge when you need something that crop frames don't offer. With most landscape scenes the formats will be equivalent (I personally don't like shooting landscapes wider than about 24mm focal length on 35mm), but obviously it depends on availability of the focal length you want/need and the image you want to portray in the end.

Full frame could have an edge just about anywhere, but in most shooting situations, it doesn't.

Check out the tool at the bottom of this page:
Diffraction Limited Photography: Pixel Size, Aperture and Airy Disks

It seems that smaller pixels and more densely packed pixels hit a diffraction wall earlier than lower density sensors. The K-5 has a similar pixel size/density to the D800 and looses a stop of DOF as a result due to diffraction limits and interference based on airy disc size versus pixel size. It seems that the ideal pixel size for a FF DSLR might well be 24MP or even 16MP. Hence the more expensive DSLR products from both canon and Nikon.

Cultural and linguistic differences. Russians can appear blunt but are usually just more direct in expressing themselves. It doesn't mean they intend to be rude.

If a Russian really wanted to be rude and un-diplomatic, your ears (or eyes) would probably burn for a week.

I just despise the high n mighty types lol
There seems to be a growing number that specialise in attempting to correct and pull people appart that just replied to a post. They seldom contribute any helpful advice and then proceed to demonstrate some vast pointless knowledge they have about watever topic lol.

That trend really came into its own during the K-01 introduction.
