I Found some K20D samples...

Really I did.
They were found in a Bulgarian Forum..

Iso 100
http://belfo.photo-forum.net/test/100iso.jpg

Iso 3200
http://belfo.photo-forum.net/test/3200iso.jpg

they are the right size at least.

Slight banding in the 3200 but nothing dramatic especially on beta firmware!!!!!
Enjoy but do not abuse them. please

Whatever those pictures are from, just wanted to note that fine grill found on conditioning unit (almost in image center, top left from woman).

<OT>Maybe Alzheimer's time still has to come for my brain: I know this supermarket. It was presented on dpreview in one of the comparisons of Sigma vs. Tamron 70-300... </OT>
The shots look fine to me - ahoever and whatever took them.

These might be from the GX20 (max ISO at 3200) but I must say that if they are legit, I am pretty impressed.

The noise on the supposed ISO 3200 shot looks like ISO 640/800 on my K10 and the resolution in that first shot is... quite spectacular IMO...

I did a quick post process on the alledged 3200 ISO image and got this ...

I used Noiseware Pro - set white, black & gray points with curves, resized 50% twice and then smart sharpen .66 at 50%

If this is really the 3200 ISO on the K20D ... I WANT ONE!!!

Too bad there is no exif. But sure, if the new cam has this performance at iso 3200 and is apsc with 14mpix, then it can be called a bomb. I wonder if there are any other surprises in it to make it even more of a bomb than high mp with good iso perf.

I think hope and pray that the bomb will be a complete system.
The K20D
Many star DA lenses
And other crap.

I just want the Camera, a 60-250, and a normal lens.
