Brochure and Pamphlet are synonyms in current english usage, Pamphlet is the more common use. Historically the usage you note is correct, but it hasn't been current usage since newspapers became common in the late 19th century.
Ok lets stop the OT discussion about that, the meanings seems to be different from country to country.

The optical scheme of DA*200/2.8 = 100% of FA*200/2.8
DA*300/4 is different from old 300 mm lenses.

Quoting the "Katalog"

The K20D: "permits the PRIME to series exposure of approximately 3 pictures per second, in the BurstModus even up to 20."

German translation

here is the English version of the German Press release part where it says differences to the K10D:

• 14,6 Megapixel (effektiv) (ok, I think you all get the point)
• 2,7’’ Monitor mit einer Auflösung von 230.000 Dots (2,7" screen at a resolution of 230.000)
• Live View (yep...)
• Empfindlichkeit ISO 100 bis ISO 6400 (sensitivity of ISO 100-6400)
• Custom Image mit 4 Farbprofilen (Custom image with four colour profiles, whatever they are)
• 36 programmierbare Custom-Funktionen (36 programable custom functions)
• Blitzsynchronbuchse für Studio-Blitzanlagen (Flash synch connection for Studio lighting)
• Bildfolge im Burst-Mode mit 20 Bildern/Sekunde (image sequene in burst mode of 20 images per second)
• Feinere Abstufung im JPEG-Format (more detailed range in JPG)
• Weißabgleich mit Reihenfunktion (White balance with option of series function?!)

The bomb..?! 20 images/sec in burst mode.... mmmh

Odd that it's not behind a door -- is this body not weathersealed? That'd be weird. And where did the other connections go?
It seems to be weather sealed, the brochure shows a shot of it covered in "rain".

Uh...

Burst mode of 20 FPS!

Impressive!

Until you read the resolution.

I don't get the value of this feature at all. It's a Bomb, all right - and not in a good way.

hey, 1.6mp is a respectable 250dpi 4"x6" print. It's better than nothing

Better described as 'nothing'. Now if it was 30fps, you could convert to 720p video. But otherwise it's quite useless due to the ridiculously low resolution and lack of AF/metering during a burst (Now a 6MP burst mode would be another thing entirely, enough resolution to be useful). I'd rather have 5fps at full resolution than 20fps at a next to useless resolution for the serious shooter. Burst mode should have been on the consumer K200D rather than the upmarket K20D.

The ISO range means I'll be upgrading to it, but other than the sensor this seems more like a K10D Super than a groundbreaking new camera.

Colour me mostly underwhelmed. I'm expecting some superb IQ, but this really is a new sensor stuffed into a slightly tweaked K10D.

I don't do 4x6 prints.

Please, please, please, let the full specs on this feature reveal that there can be 8MP at 8FPS or some such trade-off of speed vs resolution.

If it's approx. 3FPS at full resolution OR 20FPS at 1.6MP, well, I think Pentax has made a mistake.

Please, Chris- clear this up for me???

they probably will add a feature in their PC software to convert 20fps into 30fps using some
form of interpolation and that's it... you have a movie
