Thanks for asking this question. Increasing resolution must - sensor size being equal - increase noise. So, are all things equal in a K20D? Or has Samsung found a way to mitigate noise in a small sensor with a process that doesn't dull the image?
I think my K10D is a wonderful camera, but at ISO 1600, it's dirty compared with my "old" DS2 - at least to my eye. If the new camera can do high ISO with significantly less dirt and still maintain clarity - well, sign me up.
We'll see.
