K20D & Teleconverters

Does the K20D work properly with TCs? My K10D doesn't register the fact that I have a 1.4 or 2X TC in between it and the lens. A 70-200 still reads as a 70-200 and not as a 140-400, at least as far as the exif is concerned. Does the K20D fix this?

EDIT: Damn, just noticed that this is in the news & rumors section and not the lens section. Would a mod lease move this? Thank you.

Yes, It would be nice to set TC multiplier (1.4, 1.7, 2, 3) like you can set focal lenghth of older lenses
