I'm not too surprised by this - it makes sense to release a top of the line APS-C. Besides, when/if a FF is announced, I doubt it will follow the K-# convention.

I still think there is room to announce a spring 2013 FF.

I believe Photokina would be too early for a Pentax Ricoh FF, I personally don't need it, I am "emotionally" (i.e. I like Pentax even though they're not the high performance choice) and financially "invested" in the brand. While I might not buy one (but then, I might do it, depending on the features and price - even being realistic about it, I don't expect nor demand bargains) I definitely hope they would make higher end K-mount cameras.

However, "I don't worship every object with a Pentax logo on it."; nobody (here) is.
