They must have released this issue with different front pages for different areas. I have this issue and the K-30 is not on the cover. The film photography story is the main story on my issue.

devorama -- I think subscribers get the film photography story cover, but on newsstands, it's sold with the shot of the camera equipment on the cover.

BTW, latest Chasseur d'Images is also VERY positive about the K30. 5 stars everywhere but Studio: 4 stars.

To get 5 stars in the studio they should have done the test with the sprinklers running

The k-30 is an amazing camera and deserves all its positive reviews. I hope the jump from the k-5 to k-3 will be as big as the k-r to k-30 jump!

They did knock it for the sorry noise reduction software that is default in SilkyPix.

K5, 645D, K30...., they all praised by dpreview, magazines,etc. We need more wr dc and screw drive lenses to compliment the body. Otherwise it is going to be tough I think
