LOL! This is exactly what Ricoh-land is like too. I went over to the DPR Ricoh Forum earlier today and read post after post of the same, much wailing and gnashing of teeth. We're all doomed!

Now that's just fantasy, most engineers are completely unaware of the end-user. Wait, no that's designers....sorry, never mind.

Of course you can bring up the shadows very nicely in PP so it's not quite as scary as once thought.
