I busted the screen on my K5. I ended up buying a K30. A week later I exchanged it for another K5. Why? Not the top screen.... 5 EV bracketing, rear IR port, quieter shutter, better dust removal system, 14 bit depth (more DR), better ergonomics (K30 is too small), battery life, flash sync speed, AF mode dial, metal body (just feels better). The K5, for me, is a much better camera and worth every penny. K30 is still awesome, but I consider the feature set a downgrade.
I'm hoping the K3 rumour is true personally. A second gen K5 is cool for those that haven't experienced the magic of the K5 yet, and for those that feel going from a k5 to the mkii is work it. I don't think it will be for me... K3 APS-C is what I'm hoping for.
FF is not something I want. There someone said it.
