How?
First, there's an imperfection of the "double ring" design at the left side of the mount.
Second, the vertical grip's design is from Nikon.
Third, the vertical grip's rubber is different from Pentax's, and that's from Nikon's.
Although, nice one..!

Why would the sensor have AF-markings. Those would be on the focusing screen..

And wouldn't cover the entire 24x36 area, contrary to APS-C.

OK, but a 135 would not have a tulip hood, so I call "Che bruttissimo fake "

Ah. Of course :-)
I guess my brain wasn't completely engaged there. But usually the mirror is lifted in that kind of photo to show off the sensor.
