Seems to big to me to be genuine. A macro lens at 48mm with a maximum aperture of F:4 this big? Seems to be a photoshop job; the lens is based on the 90 Macro for the 645D - theres no way a 90mm for MF and a 48mm for 35mm will have the same focusing scale.

Very funny

Well, the body-styling definitely looks like Pentax's take on the Canon 1D/Nikon D3 (very expensive) pro ranges.

If this is real, looks like there still might be a gap in entry-level FF range.

Also, interesting that the lens would have SR built-in, when the body indicates it has its own SR.

Perhaps a lens for the 645D or its successor?

EDIT:
@davidsladek: Looks like you and I had the same immediate suspicion....

I thought the body was pretty well shopped, but I can't say as much for the lens!!! Sorry, too obvious... "FF"? Seriously...?

Yeah, notice that on the name ring, it still says "90mm" on the very right.

Also Pentax would not make a camera with a built in vertical grip

So the question is, how long before this gets picked up and passed around as news on all the other sites like the April 1 hoax did?

Think people will bother to read these comments?

Fake !!! Remove post please.

This is definately photoshoped. Maybe it should be removed before it causes more damage than good.

You can also clearly see where the grip was blended on the lower right, and the seam is still there right below the SR badge.
