Please can these kinds of posts stop? It's just really annoying. These should belong in another forum.

What a shame, once again.

Both Nikon and Canon have SLRs that outperform this skinny project from Pentax. I can't understand how these guys don't realize about that.

Besides I see no wireless playback of HD TV to external screens. Don't they realize this is a must?

Pentax can't understand the needs of the serious photographer today.

They are doomed for sure. :ugh:

Hi Jasvox

Re your observation:

That's all down to the world-beating polycarbonate moulding technology that Pentax have specially developed for this project !

Best regards
Richard

My memory isn't quite what it used to be, but aren't they a women's Hockey team or something ?

LOL, dont be cheeky Richard. They are a mighty fine football team who hold the new record of 9 straight wins without conceding a goal....... Anyway someone has to be a masochist, sorry support them. LOL

Hi offertonhatter

Oh, you were referring to THAT Stockport County.....LOL !! For my sins I've been a long-standing supporter of a certain team that harks back to the halcyon days of Bobby Tambling, Charlie Cooke, Peter Osgood, Peter Bonetti and John Hollins.....not forgetting to mention the infamous 'Chopper' Harris ! To be honest the game has been virtually ruined by the obscene amounts of money that are currently swishing round the Championship, leaving nothing but scraps for the remaining clubs to fight over......but that's another matter entirely !

Best regards
Richard

As part of my photographing field kit I have a green Jacket with Yellow pockets. Which colour would you recommend the K25xx to be to go with it?
Thanks,
Rui
Easy. The green kid skin.

There's also a Skype plugin, so you can keep in touch with your loved ones while you're away. It works in both CDMA and GSM networks, supporting GPRS, EDGE, HSDPA, UMTS and EV-DOx1 (with optional grip)

Boo... only up to 3G support? No LTE or WiMAX? Also where is the carbon fiber? The silicon carbide? First low FPS and now this? What in the world is Pentax thinking?!?! At least tell me it still tastes like cotton candy...

You guy's deserve to know, so I'm ignoring my NDA with this one (Sorry Pintax)

It has a special mode for beginners. Where if you mess up on a photograph it'll delete that pic, and download something very similar from a special website in it's place. So it'll look like your a pro
It also has an Auto photoshop override.

The Beer cooler isn't perfected yet. It takes longer than 10 minutes, and it freezes the beer 1/2 the time.
Pintax figures they'll have this bug fixed before it's release.

No it can't pour your beer for you. That might be a firmware issue, but I can't really say at this time.

For some reason there's a built in air compressor.
Pintax said something about they understand that photographers are often required to take extended roadtrips, and might not have the room for a companion.
But they figure that something inflatable can easily fit in our camera bags.

Yes there are Racing Stripes offered as a reasonable prices options.
It doubles the FPS.

And this is the feature I like the most.
Press a button, and it turns into an Executive Airliner, complete with pilot, and beautiful flight attendants. (don't worry there ladies, men are listed as an option)

I hope I've answered all your questions
