The equity analyst community seems to understand Ricoh's business plan for PRI - and they seem to like it. Problem is, we don't know Ricoh's product plan for PRI, so there's nothing to understand, nor to like or dislike.

Even if anything was to understand clearly, you wouldn't be secure with the financial's community's elusive/versatile feelings.

Here's hoping for a pinhole cap/lens for K-mount with FF-coverage...

The Special Guests are going to feel like jackasses when Pentax starts showing them 200 colours of the same old camera and Pinhole lenses.
Don't get me wrong, I like funky colours, sure. And a pinhole type lens can be fun. But neither of those deserve a show

Shurely, the glow-in-the-dark versions and the tele-pinhole will make it worth their while...

I'm still guessing two lenses, including the Tokina 12-28.

Just came up with a short but very important question for me. Why won't Pentax show what the firmware updates do? Often they say one new thing and then just "general improvements".

This is the year that I will not be disappointed with Pentax announcements!

(Because I'm not expecting anything...)

Seems this year's CP+ is very consumer-oriented? No "serious" cameras from the "big boys" either (I think some were hoping for the EOS 70D?)?

Now that's interesting. Are these all completely new?

Even though I don't expect a lot from Pentax anymore nowadays, I still expected at least something exciting from them at CP+, because they have a history of announcing big things there.

Tomorrow's the formal start in Japan right? Perhaps the "serious" stuff are reserved for a later day...
