FOR ME not necessarily for everyone, to make the camera competitive and really attractive it would need the following:
1. larger sensor, preferably full APS-C, 16~20mb
2. hotshoe, obviously for Pentax contact TTL-P flash
3. optional electronic viewfinder similar to those available for Panasonic & Olympus cameras.
4. slightly longer zoom range, ideally equivalent to 24~120mm; really great would be equivalent of 21~100 even if the max F-stop were reduced to 2.8
5. Close-to-body ring convertible from F-stop to manual focus.
6. full tilt-twist screen would be nice, not essential, but a screen that could be unplugged then tethered by wire would be a really innovative coup.
