When I met with Sigma at CES I got to play with this one, the 35/1.4, and their updated 120-300/2.8. They all feel really fantastic—right up there in terms of build and physical quality with Canon L lenses, etc. Can't say anything about the optical performance, but the 35/1.4 at least seems to be a winner based on what I'm seeing elsewhere.

Would you mind asking at Sigma at CP+ if they intend to release the new 30mm 1.4 APSC HSM lens in Pentax mount? Thanks.

If I can find someone who speaks English tomorrow, I'll give it a go.

I'm pretty sure they will, my friend. Be patient a lil bit..
They're having the FF 35/1.4 and now, the updated 17-70/2.8-4, in Pentax mount.

They'll definitely launch the updated 30/1.4 in Pentax mount.. Be patient....

What would be most exciting is having the 120-300/2.8 in Pentax mount!
Why? Coz it has quickshift AND WR! Sweet isn't it?

That would be nice.
Oh, and if you could ask about Sigma reverse engineering mounts vs licensing mounts, I'd be happy to know.

Come on with the updated news!
As a side note, there is no other WR lens from 3rd party?
