Every time you click on "browse", you can only select one file. So put the before image in the first field and the after image in the second field and you should be all set

I think it's the backwards American version of a date, so 10/7 in our world.

Just to clarify, does the processing contest include stitching a panorama? Only being able to post one before image would suggest no.
