You know this, and I know this, and most PF members know this...

Maybe they are saving the top one/ones for Photokina? The beginners generally don't care about Photokina and amateur models risk to get drowned in the news feed. Pro's and enthusiast's on the other keeps track of the market and Photokina makes sense for that kind of big announcement.
Next Photokina: September 16 to 21, 2014 I hope we get a new high end model before then. But maybe not, who knows?

No, that friendly but slightly shy neighbor that loves loves smörgåsbord, only sings on the midsummer parties and buys all his furniture at Ikea. I guess you have to be Swede to see this.

Is it true that "ikea" is the Swedish word for "cheap furniture"?

I'm sorry to say it, but no. It's nothing fun about it at all, merely initials and location of the original workshop.

Hey, you already stole models like Victoria Silvstedt from Sweden, they even forgot how to speak Swedish.
We don't need more Ikea here as you can guess.

Wow - what IMPRESSIVE news! The K-30 was a K-5 family camera with improved AF. Now the K-50 is the same camera repackaged and they make a cheaper one without WR. No wonder it took Ricoh two years to come up with these revolutionary products!

Seriously, it seems that Ricoh invests as little as possible in the Pentax brand. And that is not much. Luckily I haven't been expecting much for a long time by now...

Sony a58 is a step backwards compared to the a57, yet no one has accused Sony of any sinister intentions.
You cannot please everyone I guess.

K-500 entry level camera with 2 wheels and TAv Mode and all the goodies of K-30 (except WR)...... a hard to beat for Canikon.
