Yeah, but - so far as I know - I'm the only idiot outside the Pentax offices with ALL of the colors (at least until the Smurf came along, and... LBA/CBA is a harsh mistress).

But if they start pump out colors like the K-x/r/30/50, I'm going to have to say enough's enough.

THoog, you should take a bunch of studio-type photos of the K-01s arranged in different patterns. When Pentax sees it, they will feel obliged to send you a free smurftax

Pentax could easily sell thousands of these to every freshman at Carolina, every wannabe Tarheel fan on the East Coast, and every parent of a new baby boy. Only problem, no one sells Pentax in North Carolina despite logos on the B&M's websites. Maybe Jim Malcolm needs to contact the UNC Chapel Hill bookstore.

The yellow is still the best looking one! I bet that we haev seen the bottom of the market on pricing for the K-01 due to this. I'm glad I bought one!

Oh dear, I am not sure. I love the yellow, but I am actually thinking that it would look great in a 2-body kit next to the blue.

With those two, and the Limited lenses, nobody would mistake me for a "pro" - and yet, I'd be equipped to take better pictures than most pro's......(if only the skills would follow, that is....)

Certainly. People think that the look of a camera does not matter, but this camera actually makes people look good. Either they smile at this funny camera, or they do not care about such a toy. Even when I put the 200mm on it, they do not take it seriously. Really great. Somewhat reluctantly, I have to admit I am in love.
