It looks really fine with the letters in gold on the 645D camera. That makes me wonder, why Pentax can not have "Pentax" in other colors than boring white on the major part of its camera models?

+1 - it would have had a much broader appeal with an EVF. But I also think it would be technically possible to make it significantly thinner and lighter while retaining the K-mount. If they made such a lighter camera with an EVF and a compact kit lens retracting into the "empty mirror box", they would have had a serious competitor for consideration by e.g. my daughter who is now switching from (her stolen) K100D to a NEX-6. She's been using the K100D a lot with only the DA35/2.4 mounted when she needed a lightweight combo, but the NEX-6 with the Sony 35/1.8 will be much less bulky than that.

Well, I think that there're 4 colours of the K-01 now, so you need two more bodies
