Doesn't that magenta cast bother the people who take these shots - or is it some new Lomo-like trend I'd missed ?
So I guess we have confirmation from you that the bokeh is different from the old DA 35 at 2.8. I don't actually own DA 35 but can always tell the bokeh shots from it because it's so distinctive. I guess which one you prefer will depend on your taste.
I have no experience with K-5 but with K-x I actually have a rather hard time removing the magenta cast sometimes. Although, in my neck of woods the sky actually
is magenta at times, so I find it rather hard to judge if it's the really camera. I guess we'll have to wait until someone here gets it.
