The link to the Chinese website has a shot of a K-01 and an MZ-S. Looking at my K-01 and my MZ-S - gee, they sure do look like parts of that composite photo.

I compared with my K-5's mount, That camera has more bigger mirror box! Which means FF camera.

Oh snap!

Right, if it's not a photoshop job it's a FF camera glued together by Pat and Mat

This is obviously a false rumor. The new camera would say "RICOH", wouldn't it?
Negative, actually, otherwise the K-50 would have said that. Ricoh has stated that Pentax will continue as a brand.

Sent from Samsung Galaxy S3 using the wonder of Tapatalk. Pleeze excoose speeling erors.
Indeed Ricoh will not ditch the Pentax brand, because it will give faithfull pentaxians a reason to switch brands and it will not ditch the k-mount for the same reason.

"Ricoh at the back" means Ricoh on the bottom, just like myK-01 has Hoya on the bottom.
Mine has Pentax Ricoh Imaging CO. LTD

Thought about that one too, allthough the K0 is missing in your lineup
I thought about that, too, but as zero is neither even nor odd (or is it both?), I imagine it would probably appear as a special edition. Perhaps it would only be used as a leading zero, as in K-01 etc, but that's quite another sequence.

In any event, given that zero is a number, it had to be skipped between -1 and +1, to maintain the sequence. You might think we're not being serious with this...

Oh - you're right, so does mine. But you get my drift. It should say Manufactured by Ricoh Imaging Co., Ltd.

Oh absolutelly, I get it. I wasn't questioning your post, I was just curious to know if there could be actual K-01 by Hoya and others by Ricoh.

You are right, let`s maintain focus and be serious. Than the special edition should be named "Ką0", right?

Err... on second thought, that doesn`t sound like a high precision machine, does it?
