Silver or Black, I could go for either... it's the dual-SD card icon on the back (lower right) that has me excited! Hopefully it has the "rolling backup" function that the 645D has...

One Canadian to another, we won't get more than 2 "colours" so if there's ever 100 available, you're spelling it wrong. (Should be 色 )

When are bodies likely to be available? What is the usual lag between announce and deliver with Pentax?

I'm on the same timeline, buy during the pre-Christmas sale. By then I will have made up my mind, silver or black. I've liked the other black & silver bodies, but this one hasn't grabbed me for some reason,

I too will go for black. Silver caught my eye but black is more time resistant...

Anthracite (metallic dark grey) I wouldn't even think about it, I would get it right away.

Well it looks like that new bump on the front is where the stereo headphone jack is located as there clearly is a door cover with a headphone icon on it.

The button layouts are different. The AF button is in a better place. They moved the Movie mode from the main dial to a dedicated switch. And the LV button is moved. The buttons on a whole look much better located on the K-3 than the K-5/II/IIs.

Is there any definitive idea on which sensor the K-3 will have?
