I personally have used a tilt screen on a couple of canon bodies. Not overly useful for me. Sure if you do a lot of low angle work it might help out, but i feel the advantages are outweighed by the disadvantages. I bought pentax for the rugged build and weather sealing to use as a "follow cam" for my snowboarding/skiier buddies.

Yes, photographing people whilst sliding down a mountain at about 30-40km/h, on essentially a plank of wood, not paying full attention to the ground infront of me, with a couple grand worth of camera gear sounds stupid, but alas, you do what is needed)
Never the less, I see swivel screens as the kind of thing that makes a camera more fragile. Ie more places for water and dust to ingress, points of weakness if handled roughly.

WHat??? aps-c and 24mp? and you guys are happy? come oN!! this is ed up! and what to do the 8.3 frames when at the same time Pentax focus speed is below average versus other cameras of Nikon and Canon... and APS-C? again? i find no reason to upgrade from my K-5... disappointed...
24Mp... I had enough as 14Mp on my K-7, the 60% more pixels will make life easier and give me more headroom to crop. Either way pixel count now days matters very little for most amature photogs, they usually don't shoot for billboards or blow images up to A1(or larger). Sure files will take more space and slower to handle, but i mean storage and computing power are so cheap now that nearly everyone has (or will have very soon) a computer able to handle them.
8.3fps... I hope will be balanced between high FPS and low shutter noise. Cameras that shoot at 10fps make a hell of a racket based on past observations, not a desirable attribute.
Focus speed, in terms of response current pentax dslr's lag a bit behind the Cankions, put them in a low light ( -1 to -3Ev) situation on the other hand, pentax should get a lock when the others can't. And that is based on current models, the rumoured specs indicate a vastly improved AF module for the K-3. And finally you need to consider lens AF performance as well. Put the Pentax 18-135mm DC WR lens on and you will see very snappy AF performance on most recent cameras, or any of sigmas HSM compatable lenses. (I can not speak for SDM as i have not used it before.)
Wait and see before you judge a camera based on "leaked/rumoured" spec's. Get to a brick and mortar, and test it yourself when it is availiable.
