Watch me while I derail everything: I have heard that Sony might possibly consider a plan to think about designing a sensor, larger than FF. THE OTHER SURPRISE IS THE 645D II

I've read somewhere around here that Pentax will release another camera until end of year; my take is that it is the 645D II (or maybe has a different name). I remember that the person saying this also said that the second camera has no effect on (sale of) K-3. 645D is now quite an old camera (3 and a half years) so that would make perfect sense. But because of recent K-3 launch probably it would be either a late version prototype either an early pre-production model. I don't think Pentax/Ricoh should be so excited about a new lens. On the other hand maybe I'm wrong because they said there are surprises, not BIG surprises.
Remains to be seen.
