I do too! It is now in the "confirmed Shipping" section. Man, I hope the log-jam is open and they start providing the service that Pentax/Ricoh deserve.

Congratulations and I hope you're right
Unfortunately a couple of days ago I got this screen, but at least I know they are actually looking at it!:

Tom, That's where I started. Have you been in contact at all? My lens arrived at Precision on 8/20 (they say 9/5). So as it turns out it is taking a bit over a month; not bad. I have been bitchin' a lot to everyone so I don't know if that sped it up or not. BUT, my lingering complaint is their total lack of response/communication while at the same time touting their good customer service (with two testimonials). I frankly find that a very dishonest way to provide a service. I sure hope that comes around as well, I think my 40mm is focus sputtering.

Yes, I've talked to people at Ricoh many times and Precision once. Mine started to move after talking to one helpful guy at Ricoh.

My lens is back and it seems to work properly. I will check it out more tomorrow.
August 20-September 26 is not bad timing. Feeling a little humbled but I am still
hopeful that Precision will begin to answer their telephone and emails. In the end
my frustration could have been avoided by that simple customer courtesy.

The "waiting for parts" icon is gone and back to "in repair". I hope that's a good sign.

Wow. Aug 20 to Sep 26? My lens arrived at CRIS on Jul 3rd. I've been out and about enjoying some hikes and biking so didn't attempt any calls to Precision the past 2 days. I work night shift next week. Maybe some magic will happen over the next 7 days while I'm sleeping.

I've got a new K-50 arriving tomorrow , one of the amazing deals at Adorama right now. I should have bought it two months ago when they had a similar deal.

If "normal" means several weeks and poor communication, then that's still not very good.

Mine has also been shipped and should be here by Wednesday apparently. 4 months of waiting better be worth it. I want it to be chrome plated that can also be used as an hand grenade during photographty disputes

By "normal" you mean normal for C.R.I.S. We don't know what the norm for Precision Camera is yet.
