Indeed the product highlights do not make the Q-S1 any different from the Q-7.

However the list confirms the sensor size is the same and that the body has SR.

Nonetheless the Q-S1 could have an improved sensor and image processing engine. Maybe the diffraction correction feature has been implemented in this body.

I know. I explained wife that démos in shops were made with movies recorded on hard disks that are not available for broadcast nor on Blu-ray disks. Forecasts is to have UHD broadcast in 2015, though. I'm waiting...

4k TV have powerful upscale chips for dispelling 1080p content.

sure but you still have to crawl into the tv to see it or buy a 82" screen.

Think processor,Q ENGINE (with an optimized algorithm), still newer?

it has bokeh control. We don't need FF anymore
