Ricoh's Booth at CP+ 2015

Well this year at CES in Vegas, Ricoh Imaging Americas Corporation has two booths, one in each building. Not really large booths when compared to others manufactures.

So CP+ is a big step up for Pentax. Good.

As far as I can see, the CP+ booth is the same size and maybe the same location as it was in previous years. When I went in 2013, it seemed rather of tucked away at the back. I don't think it hints at anything terms of product releases.

I'd like to see Pentax buy whatever IP they need to from Op/Tech and start using *their* style of lens mount cap, even if they only use it on WR/AW lenses. It would fit in with their compact/weather-resistant business model, and save me $10 when I buy a new lens. lol. They could do branded versions of the double lens mount cap for connecting pairs of limited lenses (they could even machine them out of aluminum to match the quality of the lenses!)
