Looks slimmer, more KS-1 ish to me and therefore yes, the buttons look a bit smaller.
One could think that making the screen a touchscreen would mean less need for physical buttons?
Touchscreen sounds great IF it's done well. Sony has it but it's for shot taking and focus point touching only, so it does nothing during photo review?!
Pinch to zoom would be good to more quickly check around a photo, much like you can on an iPhone for example.
Given the scroll wheel still shows the wide angle and zoom tree icons either side, I'm expecting it's not a touch screen, or not a touch screen with pinch zoom ability?
Actually it's hard to know if the real scroll wheel is still narrow from this angle either.
Hopefully it is as I found that more useable that some taller scroll wheels, where the dial is more like a small tube than a spinning thin disk.

The camera looks very promising, lots to like.
I don't get the placement of the Wi-Fi button, though. Shouldn't this prime location be used for something you'd be using while looking through the viewfinder, e.g., an "ISO" button?
Fully agree. This camera promises a lot at this stage. I'll sound negative, but it's theirs to lose presently.
Quite weird making wifi such a prominent button, I mean it really is quite large isn't it.
You're screaming me too by putting it there, considering the likes of the Sony Nex/newer Alpha series have had that for years.
There should be a dedicated free app to support that.
