It's not a big secret that Pentax is releasing a FF anymore, but they will release things in the right order. They will release a few thing before the FF is dropped. I really dont know the exact date for the FF, yet..But i know how it looks

We'll start on wednesday/thursday, then step by step during 2015. It will be a good year for us!

Clearly, if I get what is being hinted at here, we should get (at least announced) new FF lenses, probably new range (or reuse DFA name) which means FF since Pentax (part those old DFA macros) never used an FF nomenclature even though the lens was FF compatible.
I expect FF body prototype under glass + 70-200 + 150-350 + new APS-C cam.

No, not on wednesday as far as i know. It will be revealed soon. But somethings will come first.

OK thanks Kenspo. My prediction would be that those lenses showed at CES are FF lenses and a new mid-range APSC as they've shown. I'll also go with thibs, FF inder the glass.

All I want to know is should I put my Sigma 50-500mm OS up for sale (bearing in mind it is my most used lens at airshows and suchlike).

.. or do I need to hang on to it a bit longer?

Anyway, thanks for that, I don't feel so bad about already selling my Sigma 100-300mm f4 now.

suddenly a lot of people know something that's coming. If this is true, then Ricoh really did bring unprecedented change to Pentax this year.

Now what I should focus better on is to improve my photography and connections so I could be like one of these guys.. Getting to use gear for free and all that...

I have no interest in FF.
I had no interest in upgrading from my K-5 to the K-3, but........
if used, bargain priced, K-3's start popping up like dandelions in spring, then I might have to spring for one.
