Have you ever tried FA 20mm?
Great lens, from my point of view the only reason why it's not in production anymore is low demand in a crop world.
That's not excuse anymore.
If Pentax restarts production of FA 20mm that will be also good for second hand prices.
Second hand FA 20mm f/2.8 shouldn't cost more than new FA 35mm f/2 as it is now.

Kenspo, do you believe that those photos could be from official marketing publication ?

Yes

In addition to the current production FA-Limited and D-FA Macro's (are the FA50 f1.4 and FA 35 f2 still actually in production?) they could maybe re-launch a set of recent lenses under the normal D-FA designation, more lightweight/compact rather than D-FA* or Limited ranges....based in recent glass:

D-FA 20mm f2.8
D-FA 20-35mm f4
D-FA 35mm f2
D-FA 50mm f1.8

A lightweight D-FA 85mm (f1.8) could be an advantage, maybe a 135mm f2.5 as well..... just dreaming and getting over excited....

Now I'm interested in that midrange camera. I really want to find out if it"s worth as an add on to my gears.

If you are talking about the FF, its pro..Not midrange..The coming aps-c is midrange + with same sensor as K-3.

I thought the APS-C camera shown at CES had a 20 Mpx sensor. Is another one due, too?

No internal specs were given. That was conjecture from the K-S1

Dfa200, Dfa300 are a given too.
Dfa135 easily too. Those don't need optical updates afaik.

I dont know if there are anymore aps-c due soon. I was told, not by my regular source/contact, that this one have the same sensor as K-3, so i wont confirm this 100%..

So what else will be announced beside those two DFA lenses ?
K-50 replacement with new 18-55mm
Any possibility with compact premium ? Or Ricoh GR ?

Yep the coming APS-C. I hope it's cheaper and comes with a battery grip.

If the upcoming APS-C has the K-3's sensor (and AF module), it will be a great product! I'd also think that if that's the case, then the K-3II is coming sooner than many would have expected... But sorry to interrupt all the FFury...

I don't know where you got that idea. While Tokina might not have any current lenses in K, they have had a long, long history of K releases, including several of their ATX and ATX pro lenses, as well as tons of lower end glass. And, as Banep mentioned, Tokina has actually manufactured some of the K mount glass sold under Pentax's own name!

Tokina has never introduced their lenses to k-mount. I like better tamron, sigma, voighlander, and zeiss.

What I would like to see in DFA version:

Primes:
DFA 20 f2.8
DFA 28 f2.8
DFA 50 f1.7
DFA 85 f1.4
DFA 135 f2.8
DFA 200 f4 macro

Zooms:
DFA 20-35 f4
DFA 28-70 f2.8
DFA 70-200 f2.8 (5th February, right?)
DFA 250-600 f5.6

Plus one fish-eye and that's all I need
(And some of the lenses I already have in FA...)
