The FF looks even more like an empty block of plastic in reality, but you get a sense of depth.

That image there, is that the 31mm lens at the front of the camera body? If so it seems to be in keeping with a small a size body as can be expected I would think for FF.

Kitazawa-san: Ricoh Imaging wants to aim for a "camera that can be used for a long time". Being able to concentrate by looking through the viewfinder. Being fussy about having 100% frame coverage. There is still an advantage by having phase detection AF. Will also put out more interchangeable lenses.

Did someone just say Foveon?

"Super-resolution" technology using SR shifts each individual pixel with RGB information is taken from each pixel just like Foveon. Whether or not this can be used along with the shake reduction functionality is not yet known. The data size will be 4 times larger.

Appears the same as far as I can tell, looking at it side by side. There is additional highlighting over the text portions but seems to have the same number of lines, and the lenses in view match the road map.

No flash pop-up button. No on-board flash?
Retains the flash sync port though.

The Af module (Safox XI) looks like a direct transplant from the K3 which is a bit disappointing, I was hopping for a new module with better performance to bridge the gap from the big dogs. Here's to hoping for better coverage of those 27 points at least....

It essentially looks like a K-3 with a flippy screen and FF sensor.. slightly taller hump for the mirror and thus no flash.... Nice size for a FF body.
