FF GR is very much possible.

My sources who is working in Pentax/Ricoh marketing mention that FF GR is possible and we must wait and see...
Also looking at that collapsible 18-50mm lens i think we will have GR with zoom.

Well that would certainly qualify as a 'surprise'.

A Sony RX1 competitor, at less than half the price?
Could be a good move.

But if they are going to go to all the trouble of shoe-horning a FF sensor into a tiny GR body, Ricoh will have absolutely no excuse for not releasing a FF in a K-3 sized body

Assuming this is true, if I leaked something like that from work and it went public, I could expect to be fired the next business day. I hope, for your source's sake, that Pentax has more lenient policies than my employer.

The forum... yeah, right. If anything, we're the PentaxIsDoomed! anti-marketing organization.

Zoom version of Sony RX1 in Ricoh variant?

It's not we all wait for...
But if it will be AW camera with not slow lens - why not?

some exciting news - thanks for sharing. Especially the FF gr sounds very appealing - if it was offered exchangeable lenses instead one fixed, and a pentax k adapter that could be something really irresistible for many pentax shooters.

BTW I hope your sources aren't going to get busted ;-)

i wouldn’t hold it as a news, just rumor with high probability, but you never know what Pentax/Ricoh will diced in the end...
