Digital Binocular with image stabilizer that can see through fog and darkness

Stabilized Digital Binoculars with a built in camera.

QuoteQuote:
This is a Digital Binocular with image stabilizer that can see through fog and darkness without interference.

Our binocular combines image stabilization, water and dust proofing to allow accurate viewing of a target under harsh environments.
Furthermore it is a functional design that is easy to use even with gloves.
Additionally, it is possible to record the users view to an SD card as either a full motion image or still image.
It can display latitude and longitude at operator's location using it's GPS function.
These binoculars excel at locations such as boarders, ports and harbors, dams, marine use, mountain based security operations, disaster prevention, fire-fighting and police investigations, etc.

Impressive, though I don't keep up with this technology. What's it cost? And, I notice that battery lasts less than 90 minutes (at room temperature). Better have some spare batteries to use for any long surveillance....

"It was designed not to be outstanding from objects for view by reining brilliance and color. By using large well spaced buttons, Ricoh has made they binocular easy to use while wearing gloves."
Must have been made in China.

Or they're using Google Translate from Japanese for their official announcements, instead of a human translator.
It was designed not to stand out, but it is an outstanding product.

On a related topic, did you see that Ricoh announced an update of the entire line of Pentax binoculars on January 15th?

Comprehensive restructuring of binoculars lineup, by launching the new Z-, S-, A- and U-series with optically upgraded models: A total of 34 models, including 17 upgrades, to be introduced in stages?RICOH IMAGING

I am interested in Pentax's PAIR (Pentax Atmospheric Interference Reduction). I remember seeing a video several years ago with impressive results. Probably not still image quality, but very useful.

To "see" through both darkness and fog, it must be a hand-held radar transceiver with a digital processor and a video display.

That "restructuring" consisted solely of re-name existing binocular models.
