I'll be very surprised if the K-S2 doesn't have interval shooting and multi-exposure.

EDIT: Just read specs - YES, it lists interval shooting and multi-exposure.

Saw that too on the US site. I'll note that they were saying the same thing with the K-S1 on the US site at first, and eventually removed that text. But let's hope they'll be there for real on this one...

The K-S2 LCD monitor also features a variable-angle design for the first time in a PENTAX digital SLR camera. By rotating the monitor 180 degrees to face the subject, the user can activate the self-portrait shutter button, to capture the perfect selfie!

So flip the screen and some button becomes a selfie button.

4K is for interval movie shooting, similar to the one in K3 and 645z.

Mic input mentioned in the nice description on the front page of this camera, they seem to mention audio levels monitoring.

Also they really need to provide some better sample images. This image says little about the camera, and just looks like a poor crop.

It is mic..checked the spec-sheet Ricoh sent me last week. But cant see anything about AA battery..Can check more later..
