May ISO be controlled by wheels or ISO can be controlled only via the menu?

Since it has 2 control wheels, I guess it's the same as before: front wheel controls shutter speed, back wheel controls aperture or iso, depending on how you configure it and which mode you are using at the moment.

The problem is we don't know what it's shaped like. All we've got are two blurry screenshots from a video, and what appears to be the edge of the the battery door looks different in each, probably due to video artifacts.

Oh. <heartbeat, heartbeat, heartbeat> Didn't think of that. So do I - and I like that they're marketed as such better than if they were featured as disco lights.

But the story is nearly heartbreaking.
Didn't they learn ANYTHING from the Marc whateverhisnameis fiasco?

KS-2 is a bit confusing. What will they call the FF K-S3?
K-S3 for the K-3 replacement. K-B1 for the 24x36? Kay-Bi-One sounds like something from Star Wars.
S = small.. B = big. ?

Perhaps K-F1 (F = full or film) for the 24x36 K...

It is interesting the wall display at CP+ features the body colors of the K-S1, K-S2 and the K-50. So is the K-S2 a replacement for the K-50 or not?

Haha, yeah. Well, Newson is a very good product designer, and the K-01 is an attractive camera. Pentax gave him several constraints with which he had to work. Like keeping the mirrorbox, without a mirror. It's also more a designer piece than a functional bit of equipment.

I wish Pentax would continue to be so daring, making limited edition designer cameras. As part of that maybe they can even make a very traditional, no functions retro camera that many here want to see.

You're right! A survey done shortly after the K-01 was released showed that 9 out of 10 blind people thought the K-01 was indeed a beautiful design.
