The teaser for the Pentax Ks2 was just posted on YouTube. Looks like they may be showcasing a bit of the video capabilities?

This is great! I could easily see this being a commercial on TV and I wouldn't feel it is out of place.

Very cool! It's really nice to see actual ads for Pentax, particularly when there is no mixed message - it says Pentax all over the camera instead of Pentax one place and Ricoh another. Good branding, good message, very nice video!

It's a little too fast for me. I know it's features in advance and it's still a little too fast for me. I imagine someone who has no knowledge of the product viewing this for the first time would miss some stuff during the fast motion and barrage of information.

On second view I think the problem is the words are in green and are superimposed over the camera while moving. Not enough contrast.

Yes! I was going to say that but felt it was being a little nitpicky.

Seriously though, it's like someone just copy/pasted from MS Word (one of the old version that had Times New Roman as the default font).

To be honest this KS2 looks much more tempting from my point of view that the K3 - especially the swivel screen and 20MP AA-less ( I like less resolution in fact ) are really making it hard to resist... what is going on Pentax ! Way to go Ricoh :P

Wow. Complain much? Seriously, Pentax is producing ADS! Stop for a minute and think about that. The images are compelling, the features are solid, and the message is solid. And it only says PENTAX on the camera!

It should be on TV now particularly here in the Philippines. We need more ads here for the younger ones to know what Pentax was before and how good are its products.

No Pentax dSLR has slow motion like that.

I wouldn't consider this an ad just yet. As far as we know, it only exists on Youtube. Correct me if I'm wrong, but hasn't Pentax shown product intros and product vids on Youtube in the past?
