Then does this mean that Pentax is House Arryn? Now ready to ride out of it's isolation after it's recent takeover?

Pentax/Ricoh is definitely house Targaryan, exiled for decades but never forgotten. We have three (dragons) bodies being released this year, coincidence? I don't think so.

Pixel shift
Focus peaking
Touch screen for focus point selection.
Better AF
Better SR
Better sensor.
Tilt screen
GPS

no significant body shape change for this K3II, I suspect, as those who bought the grip for K3 won't be happy about having to buy another grip.
C'mon, this would really be annoying because unjustified.

Kenspo, just a simple question. Will the viewfinder be "better" than that of the current K-3? I don't need no details, just tell me if the viewfinder will be better

Maybe they ditched the flash for GPS-WIFI
I don't really need the GPS. Most of the time I know where I am

I think the big feature with this new body will be an improved focus system that will be able to take advantage of the new lenses coming out.

For me GPS would be very useful, visiting a lot of field sites with pics taken, it becomes a real chore to geotag them without GPS. And without geotagging, there is no way in hell I will remember all those locations and their pics correctly after some time. WIFI would be useful too, as it would be much easier to transfer photos out of the camera and maybe also remote control it sometimes. So yes, I hope these are there even at the expense of the built-in flash. And yes, I understand some people like the flash for triggering but it does not fulfill it's original role anymore (sensors so good for low light), it's obsolete, so it shouldn't be blocking new things from being implemented. Just implement some other equally good way to trigger the external flashes.

Obviously the new camera has a user replaceable/customisable viewfinder, aka Pentax LX-esque.

+1. Would love to have the GPS built in rather than external. GPS is critical for me when in the field. Lightroom makes it so easy to map geotagged images. WiFi not so much but I'm sure it would be useful somehow. The on board flash can go the way of the dodo, please add on board radio control. That cannot be hard when there are numerous third party solutions in little boxes no bigger than the Astro-tracer.

I'll be happy if the low light/high ISO performance is better. The original K-3 was a bit of a step back from the K-5 IIs in terms of low light performance. I wouldn't mind 4K video (to beat the D7200) and wifi/NFC (from the K-S2), and maybe better AF (improvement on SAFOX 11?).

You're a paid photographer by Ricoh, don't be greedy. How about we open a crowdfunding link for you sir to ease you workday less and divulge more info...

The K3 is a specialized, Macro, Action, Wildlife camera. Improving AF should be their top priority.
