For those that missed it Adorama brief K3II Preview PDF

It seems Adorama had the K3II briefly listed and then the link went Bye Bye for some Reason ?
Here is an easily accessible PDF for those that want to see it

That gives a bit more info than the leaked spec's shown previously by elaborating on some issues; ie: motion SR feature.

Yeah, it sounds like all that functionality is built right in to the K-3 II. Not sure if future models other than the flagship will follow suit, though.

A puzzling question, would the pixel shifting technology reduce noise? Given the sensor would be re sampling the colour, would this combat noise somewhat?

Yes, it would, as do multiple exposures sometimes used in 'night' mode.

Will be interesting to see some images with this tech and actual exposure times vs pixel shift times (mili seconds or less). Long exposures is where this will shine I imagine.
